Abstract Submission
Participants are kindly requested to prepare their abstracts according to the rules written below and submit them electronically using the form below before 30th of June.
Please notice that the conference language is English.
Abstracts may be prepared for full oral presentation, a short oral presentation or a poster presentation. Each full presentation will be limited to 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for discussion. Short presentations will be limited to 5 minutes, with no time for discussion.
Long abstracts should not exceed three pages (this option is intended for researchers who require a long abstract for publication).
Abstract should be short. However researchers who require a long abstract for publication should not exceed three pages per one abstract.
Please fulfil all items in the form.
The following structure for the text of abstract is requested: aim of research; material/methods/design; results and discussion; conclusion(s). The first author must be the presenter at the conference.
Abstract will be collected in the abstract book which will include an ISBN number and will be published by National Maritime Fisheries Research Institute (Morski Instytut Rybacki - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy).
While the scientific committee will endeavour to schedule abstracts according to the authors' preferences, the committee reserves the right to decide on the final presentation format. Authors of accepted abstracts will receive notification and information regarding their presentation by 22nd July.
Please note that each delegate may submit max three abstracts. In that case at least one must be for a poster.
After the submission you will receive a confirmation email.

Poster Size
Please prepare a vertically poster in a size not exceeding the format of
A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm).
Please note that much smaller posters will be difficult to attach to the racks.
