How to get to
Travel to Gdańsk by plane:
Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport (https://www.airport.gdansk.pl) (IATA: GDN) is the third largest airport in Poland and is located approximately 15 km from our conference venue — Conference Center in the building of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk (Muzeum II Wojny Światowej w Gdańsku).
There are several travel options from the airport to the city center, depending on the time of your arrival:
- bus lines to the city centre of Gdańsk (line 210 during the day and N3 at night) and lines 130 and 208 from Gdańsk Główny (the main train station) to the Conference Centre. On weekdays, buses run every 30 minutes. More information can be found at https://ztm.gda.pl and on https://jakdojade.pl/gdansk. The full ticket costs 4.80/6.00 PLN.
- local trains depart from the station directly in front of the terminal. Take the first PKM train from Gdańsk Airport to Gdańsk Wrzeszcz Station, then change to a SKM train to Gdańsk Główny Station. - taxi/Uber/Bolt.
The easy way is to take a taxi. A designated taxi area is located right in front of the terminal. It is recommended to use official airport taxis waiting at the taxi rank. The fare to the city center should not exceed 35 EUR, depending on the time of day. Please remember that Poland uses its own currency — Polish Złoty (PLN) — with the approximate exchange rate 1 EUR ≈ 4.3 PLN. ATMs are available inside the terminal. Most taxi drivers accept credit cards, but it’s good to confirm in advance.

Travel to Gdańsk by train:
If it's more convenient to fly to Warsaw, you can continue your journey to Gdańsk by train. There is a passenger portal available in English, where you can check timetables and purchase tickets. Please note that you need to use Polish station names (e.g., departure from Warszawa Centralna, arrival at Gdańsk Główny):
