The conference fee includes participation in presentation and poster sessions, lunches and coffee breaks during the 3 days of the conference, participation in welcome reception on the first day of the conference and goodbye reception on the fourth day of the conference.

To complete the registration process, please make the payment to the account number provided below.

Please note that your registration is only valid upon receivement of your registration payment.

All payments must be made in euro (EUR) by bank transfer to the following bank account acting for the WEFTA 2025 Conference:

IMPORTANT:
Please ensure the following information is clearly stated when transferring the conference fee:

• Participant’s name
• Conference name: WEFTA 2025

The participant’s name must be legible; otherwise, the payment will not be identifiable.

All payments made by bank transfer must be free of any bank charges. The full amount specified in the registration must be received.

Confirmation

After successfully submitting the registration form, the registering person will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Upon receipt of the corresponding payment, we will send you a confirmation and an invoice (when required).

Deadline for payment

• The deadline for early payments is 31^st July 2025.
• The deadline for late payments is 3^rd October 2025.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of participation in the conference, fees will not be refunded. This policy applies to all conference-related fees, including registration, Gala Dinner and study tours.
